An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Research and Enterprise Office for a highly motivated and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our expanding Contracts team in support of the University’s growing research, knowledge exchange and business engagement activities.
Duties of the Role
In this rewarding role you will provide administrative support to the members of the REO Contracts Team and will be the single point of contact for all queries concerning the progress of contracts whilst assuming responsibility for coordinating signatures and liaising with external parties to ensure contracts are signed in an expedient manner.
You will provide timely status updates; proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders; and identify and monitor those contracts where progress may have stalled.

Qualifications and Skills required
The person appointed will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to grasp complex concepts and articulate them in an accessible way to a wide variety of audiences.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, exceptional organisational skills and you must have an eye for detail in all correspondence and data entry.
