Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care, supporting clinical teams in a general practice setting.
* Conduct phlebotomy and ECG procedures with confidence and care.
* Independently manage 1:1 consultations with patients, identifying any issues requiring escalation or referral.
* Accurately update patient records using SystmOne and adhere to data security protocols.
* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.
* Proficient in SystmOne with a valid smartcard.
* Demonstrable experience in phlebotomy and ECGs.
* Ability to work independently, with sound clinical judgment and awareness of referral protocols.
