As a Regional Director, you will:
Lead and support a portfolio of 10-13 care homes.
Drive occupancy, financial performance, and team development.
Ensure high standards of care and CQC compliance.
Provide strategic leadership to Regional and Home Manager teams.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and regulators.
