Your new roleAs HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering aprehensive generalist HR service across the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and engagement initiatives. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, supporting line managers with performance and absence management, and ensuringpliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with managers and employees across all levels of the organisation. The role offers hybrid working (1 day per week from home) and flexibility to support business needs.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in a generalist HR role
2. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
3. Strong administrative and organisational skills
4. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
5. Confidence in advising on employee relations matters
6. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently
7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
8. Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
