IT Problem Manager / Problem Analysis / Problem Coordinator — Leeds area, Hybrid role
Overview
As Problem Manager you will be responsible for proactively analysing and driving resolution of complex problems within our IT Infrastructure and services.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and analyse incidents to identify underlying problems and root causes by proactively examining ServiceNow data.
* Proactively drive problem management processes to reduce incident impact and prevent recurrence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; communicate effectively to non-technical colleagues.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role as a Problem Manager, preferably within an MSP environment.
* Strong understanding of Problem Management processes and methodologies; proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure and services, including cloud, software, networks and applications.
* Excellent knowledge of ITIL; ITIL v4 accreditation is ideal.
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
