A global, family-owned food ingredients and product development business is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across its Protein Processors segment in the UK.
The organisation partners with leading food manufacturers to develop innovative, food solutions across seasonings, marinades, coatings, and sauces.
The Role:
This is a strategic, high-impact marketing leadership role with full ownership of the Protein Processors segment across customers.
You will shape go-to-market strategy, lead customer engagement, and drive innovation from insight through to commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy and customer activation
- Drive growth through campaigns, insights, and innovation-led engagement
- Translate consumer and market trends into actionable customer concepts
- Partner with Sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth
- Lead customer-specific product development from concept to launch
- Represent the business at key industry events and trade shows
About You:
- Strong understanding of UK retail and B2B food markets
- Background in food ingredients, ideally in Marketing, Innovation, or Product Development
- Commercially strong with the ability to build compelling customer value propositions
