What you will do
* Conduct assessments and reviews of allegations of abuse concerning vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
* Participate in strategy meetings and case conferences, playing an integral role in shaping actionable protection plans.
* Develop and review protection plans, both independently and collaboratively, to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
* Manage some enquiries and assessments in service users’ own homes, and in residential care facilities, nursing homes, or hospitals.
* Handle safeguarding adults’ duty one day each week, providing an immediate response to urgent concerns.
Requirements of the Social Worker
* Hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Possess significant frontline experience in social services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
