You will be expected to work in the office on a hybrid basis, two to three times per week. We’re looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner to help define and deliver our internal communications strategy. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will lead internal communications, working closely with project leaders across a variety of business areas. You will need to quickly build a strong understanding of our operational network and unique culture to be successful in this role. You will also: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business. • Develop and deliver creative, engaging communication plans that bring clarity, inspire confidence, and support change. • Confidently challenge senior leaders when needed to ensure the employee voice stays central to every communication. • Work autonomously while drawing on the expertise of the wider Internal Communications team. • Ensure relevant insights, updates, and project information are shared effectively across the Corporate Affairs function. Please note there will be very occasional requirements to complete on‑call work, which involves checking the RM platforms outside of Monday–Friday. However, you will receive plenty of prior warning in advance About You We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded communications professional with: • Strong Internal Communications Expertise with proven success delivering clear, engaging messaging across multiple channels. • Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills and Ability to produce high quality content including newsletters, leadership messaging, campaign materials, and strategic updates. • Strategic Communications Planning, designing and executing communication strategies that align with organisational goals and boost employee engagement. • Skilled at building relationships, influencing at all levels, and partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver key messages. • Over 5 years working as a trusted Business Partner, providing tailored strategic communications support across diverse functions.
