An interim opportunity for an experienced Finance Transformation Project Lead to support a business undergoing significant change. The role will take ownership of integrating 10 UK operating units into a single, centralised finance function in Birmingham. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a professional contractor.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the finance integration of 10 operating units into a centralised function
* Own and tightly manage group cashflow and weekly forecasting
* Consolidate and standardise financial reporting across all sites
* Manage key supplier relationships during the transition
* Lead the implementation of a new finance ERP system
* Analyse large volumes of financial data and provide clear recommendations
* Support the recruitment of the newly established central finance team
* Provide finance support to the business rebrand and wider change programme
Candidate Profile:
1. Proven interim experience in finance transformation, integration, or centralisation
