We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants, to join us as we continue to expand. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through client outreach and business development. You will then match candidates with the open vacancies that your client has briefed you on, attracting both active and passive jobseekers and managing them through the recruitment process. As such, the role also focuses on building a strong candidate database; finding out what each candidate’s aspirations are and assisting them with finding a suitable role. As part of the role, a high level of support and feedback will be given to each candidate, keeping in touch and checking commitment at each stage.
In return, we are offering a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus an on-target earning potential in excess of £75,000 per year. Our highest earning consultants took home more than £110,000 last year.
