We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading commercial vehicle leasing company based in Bridgend. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-volume team supporting the sales process with comprehensive administrative support. The Vehicle Sales Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of sales documentation and logistics. Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £26,000 to £36,000, dependent on experience Industry-leading holiday entitlement of 38 days (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Various discretionary bonuses and flexible hours Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a respected industry leader Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am 4:00 pm, with flexible options available On-site role based in Bridgend, with no remote working options Duties: Manage the sales administration process for approximately 25-30 units per month, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion Organise vehicle conversions and coordinate delivery schedules to meet designated deadlines Arrange transportation and logistics for vehicle movement and delivery Support daily business operations by maintaining organised records and documentation Liaise with sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless administrative workflows Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Xero, and CRM systems (preferably Zoho) to update records and track progress Assist with onboarding and training related to CRM software, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning Requirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or in similar automotive administrative roles Strong organisational skills, capable of managing high workloads efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Xero and CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be able to attend work on-site daily, as this role is not suited for remote or hybrid arrangements Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new systems and procedures This Vehicle Sales Administrator position offers a rewarding career within a growing organisation.
