We are looking for a Growth Manager to own the full commercial funnel - from inbound qualification and outbound nurture through to pitch management and reporting. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring we convert opportunities into long-term clients while continually improving our funnel performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management & Qualification
* Handle 10+ inbound enquiries per week using HubSpot response templates.
* Manage 5-10 qualification calls weekly from inbound and events.
* Respond to outbound leads and place them into nurture flows.
* Take opportunities from initial interest through to pitch.
* Book and manage qualification calls across UK and US time zones.
* Take briefs and handle initial qualification calls
* Identify when to bring in channel or strategy team members.
Pitch Management
* Take and write up briefs clearly (no AI shorthand) and translate them into actionable templates for teams.
* Use lead scoring to define "lite" vs. "full" pitch approaches.
* Coordinate with operations to assign and schedule pitch teams.
* Set up Google Spaces, templates, briefing files, and internal cadences for pitch preparation.
* Organize external sessions (e.g. tissue sessions, client check-ins).
* Collate and manage Q&A, ensuring timely responses from all stakeholders.
* Manage pitch timelines, budgets, and deliverables - keeping to a 30%+ win rate.
* Oversee pitch theatre: bespoke channels, swag, logistics, and room setup to maximize impact.
Reporting & Funnel Optimisation
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports on funnel performance.
* Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate attribution of lead sources.
* Provide feedback on what's working/not and recommend adjustments to targeting, qualification, or pitch processes.
* Use data to refine the entire funnel for efficiency and improved win rates.
Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PR, social, paid).
* Excellent rapport-building skills with a wide range of personalities and seniorities.
* Highly professional and able to inspire client and internal confidence quickly.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work fast on multiple personalised follow-ups and tailored decks.
* Strong organisational skills with experience in CRM tools (HubSpot/Gmail essential).
* Proven ability to build trusted internal relationships across teams and align stakeholders.
