Finishing Operative Wanted!

What You'll Do:
* Conduct quality control checks on cartons to ensure they meet standards.
* Pack the required count of cartons into boxes with precision.
* Manage pallet organisation, ensuring the correct quantity is maintained.
* Transport pallets around the production floor and into the warehouse efficiently.
* Remove waste and empty cartons from pallets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Pay & Hours:
* Hourly Rate: 12.21
* Contract Type: Temp to Perm
* Working Pattern: Full Time
Shifts:
Week 1:
* Monday to Thursday: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm (20-min break)
* Friday: 5:30 am - 11:00 am (10-min break)
Week 2:
* Monday to Thursday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm (20-min break)
* Friday: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm (10-min break)
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail for quality control.
* Experience in packing and warehouse operations is a plus!
* Ability to manage pallets and maintain organisation.
* A proactive approach to housekeeping and safety.
