Associate - Private Client (Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning)
Location: Winchester
Experience: 5+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£75,000 DOE
A highly regarded and growing regional firm is seeking an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Winchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team with a strong reputation in the local market and a growing base of high-net-worth clients.

The Role
You will manage a broad and high-quality private client caseload, including:
* Estate administration from start to finish
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
* Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on trusts and tax planning matters
* Handling probate and complex estates
The work is varied and often complex, with a particular focus on HNW individuals and families.
You will also:
* Play an active role in business development and networking
* Build relationships with referrers and clients
* Contribute to the continued growth of the Winchester team

About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
* Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning
* Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
* Motivated to grow your practice within a collaborative team
