We are seeking a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple glass installation projects from initial client consultation through to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all phases of glass projects: estimating, scheduling, procurement, installation, and follow‑up.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and track project budgets, timelines, and material orders.
* Coordinate labour and materials to meet project deadlines.
* Manage and support our CAD technician(s).
* Co‑ordinate our installation teams, ensuring they are briefed and prepared for every job and that all glass has been fully inspected prior to installation.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations.
* Have a proactive approach to resolve issues quickly to minimise delays and customer dissatisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records, including contracts, work orders, and change orders.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in project management, preferably in the glass, construction, or related industry.
* Ability to fully interpret a brief, technical specifications and drawings.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with AutoCAD or design software a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
