Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Manchester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of large commercial and industrial sites across the Manchester region. This role offers a great balance of site-based and mobile work, excellent overtime potential, and long-term progression within a globally recognised FM provider.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across HVAC systems.
* Working on AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
* Fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
* Supporting general building services maintenance where required.
* Travelling between multiple commercial sites across the region using a company vehicle.
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.

* Large-scale commercial and industrial environments
* Modern facilities including office spaces, canteens and operational areas
* Mixture of static and mobile working across multiple buildings
Package
* £40,000 – £44,000 basic salary
* Monday to Friday working pattern
* Company vehicle and fuel card provided

Requirements
* HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
* Experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
* Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
