Calling all Health and Social graduates! We are working with a large SEN school in Stockport to recruit calm and compassionate learning support assistants to join their team in September.
The school supports pupils aged between 4-19, with complex learning needs, providing sensory support.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils 1:1, providing sensory and academic support
* Maintain regular communication with parents and other staff members to monitor progress
* Create and prepare fun and engaging learning resources
Requirements
* A Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent in Health and Social Care
* Previous work experience supporting complex needs within a school or care setting is preferred
Eligibility
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
