About the Role
GSL Education’s Chelmsford branch is continuing to grow, and we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious and high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, driven, and eager candidate at the start of their career to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You do not need recruitment experience, but you must bring energy, resilience and a strong work ethic.

What the Role Involves
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while supporting schools across Essex. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with schools and education professionals
Proactively sourcing candidates
Making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients
Interviewing and registering candidates for roles in schools
Supporting the team with placing candidates into long-term and daily supply roles
Developing your own client base through business development and cold calling
Working towards targets and contributing to the success of the branch
