Sub-Agent (Viaduct)
Salary: to £63k + package + bonus + subsistence (£24k)
Based: West Northamptonshire (OX17)

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sub - Agent to take up a key role on a £40m viaduct project that forms part of the HS2 development. The contract has only just commenced, with a further 2 viaducts coming on board of similar value in the next year.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of dedicated professionals and will be playing an essential role in the successful completion of project. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in the civils environment, with a strong background in project and engineering management. You will be required to provide technical guidance and guidance to the team and will be responsible for all aspects of the project from start to finish. To be considered for this role, you should have:
* At least 5 years' experience
* Extensive knowledge of heavy civils and structures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
* Ideally degree qualified or working towards chartership
