Working from a specialist part of the global Technical Support team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, implement the best practices and allow customers to make optimal use of products. Job Responsibilities * Provide support, guidance and information, both on a hardware and software level * Take ownership of technical challenges and technical projects * Support complex implementations with Microsoft Teams & Exchange, Zoom and/or other Cloud based integrations * Commission and support Smart Camera Support systems * Detect, define and fix problems Your Profile * Very good communication skills in German or Spanish, as well as good English.
