The Role
We are looking for a procurement-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a major new-build commercial development in Seven Sisters. This is a critical "front-end" role where your ability to secure the right supply chain will define the project's success.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement strategy, moving from initial budget estimates through to the final execution of sub-contract agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Procurement: Lead the tendering process for high-value commercial packages, including RC Frame, Façade, and MEP.
* Market Engagement: Leverage your network to identify and vet sub-contractors capable of delivering high-spec office space.
* Commercial Strategy: Perform detailed tender analysis, leveling, and negotiation to ensure cost certainty.
* Contract Administration: Draft and finalize robust sub-contract documents (JCT/NEC).
Requirements
* Commercial Expertise: 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on Commercial Office/New-Build projects.
* Procurement Specialist: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale procurement schedules in the London market.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial construction sequences and modern building techniques.
* Location: Must be able to work from our site office in Seven Sisters.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
