Role: IT Support Specialist

Requires Active SC Clearance
Tickets management involving assigned queues, ensuring timely updates and call handling to maintain Service levels as per contract.
Asset inventory management within the Hub including stock control of kit in/out (Scanning items in/out locations) as per contract.
Efficient disposal management through the Hub as per contract.
Hardware repairs for 'in Warranty kit' and vendor liaison for parts and returns as per contract.
Locker restocking where required as per contract.
Potential issues with service/potential service improvements highlighted to Team Leader.
Following agreed processes and procedures from either Authority (site regulations etc) or own company protocols.
