You’ll work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviours due to trauma, neurodiversity, or unmet needs. With your support, students can learn to regulate their emotions, develop trust, and build positive relationships that allow them to thrive.
🔑 What You’ll Do:

Build trusting, supportive relationships with students, offering them consistency and emotional safety

Support students with emotional regulation, including de-escalation and calming strategies
*
Encourage the development of positive behaviour and engagement with education
*
Follow and implement individual behaviour plans alongside teachers and support staff
