Job description - Enrolment Advisor
We are looking for an experienced, motivated telesales, or customer service professional to join our award winning online tutoring business.
This is an exciting time for us, as although we are well established, we are still continuing to grow and develop at a fast pace. We specialise in Maths and English tuition, but we also offer individually tailored tuition in many other subjects. We are looking for someone who is experienced, enthusiastic and motivated to join our team.
The post is a full-time, office based position, working Monday to Friday, with alternating shifts around the hours of 10.30am to 6.30pm.
You won't be based in a call centre and this is not a typical telesales role. We are not looking for traditional salespeople who rely on a top down, features and benefits pitch. Our sales process is very consultative, we don't follow scripts; we need someone who can think independently, can ask questions and can guide a conversation. But most importantly, we need people with great listening skills.
The enrolment team is a small group and works extremely well as a close-knit team. You will receive thorough training and support and you will have ongoing mentoring and development to make sure you achieve success in the role.
There is no cold calling in this role as you will be calling families who have contacted us to find out more about our online tutoring service. The purpose of the call is to find out the families/students' needs and match our service to their requirements. You will play a key part in an exciting, fast growing business which is in huge demand at the moment.
You will be based in our office in Prudhoe, Northumberland, situated around a five-minute walk from Prudhoe train station.

Schedule:
* 8-hour shifts
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends – because weekends are sacred.
Additional Information:
You will be based out of our office in Prudhoe, Northumberland NE42 6LP, situated in a semi-rural setting, around a five-minute walk from Prudhoe train station.
Remuneration:
Basic of £23,810.00 plus uncapped commission. OTE is around £35,000 per year, but with uncapped commission it is expected that remuneration will be higher than this.
