Lecturer in English Salary Lecturer Scale Points 23 – 37 £27,185 to £41,014 pro-rata, per annum 22.2 hrs pw Close date 8th June The Role As a Lecturer in English, you will be part of the English & Maths department, delivering English GCSE and Functional Skills to learners on study programmes. You will contribute to the development and success of the department, including focusing on attendance, achievement and student success alongside, curriculum design/development linked to vocational areas whilst ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a Level 4 or above qualification in a relevant subject discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You must have experience of teaching English to 14 - 19 year old learners and have a strong awareness current developments within your discipline.
