Job Description
As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly! You'll ensure the team maintains high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
Qualifications
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing issues promptly and safely.
* Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
* Be a role model in delivering excellent service and creating a warm welcome for customers.
* Adapt quickly to challenges during busy shifts with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
