Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Job Description: On behalf of one of our highly successful automotive clients, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.As a key member of the aftersales team, you will act as the main point of contact between our client's customers and the workshop, ensuring all service and repair work is handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Managing customer bookings for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance Accurately recording customer concerns and vehicle details Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control to ensure smooth workflow Providing clear repair explanations, estimates, and completion times Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Upselling additional services, maintenance, and products where appropriate Preparing job cards, service documentation, and invoices Delivering a high standard of customer care and maintaining strong customer relationships Handling queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00 About You Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or busy automotive service environment Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and aftersales processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs Confident using dealership management systems ( DMS ) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Whats in It for You?
