Key Responsibilities:
* POTTING
* Work as part of the potting team to ensure good quality plants at an acceptable rate
* PACKING
* Work as part of the packing team to ensure plants are prepared for customers in a clean, labelled and correct manner. Paying attention to through put of trays and quality
* PROPAGATION
* Work as part of the prop. team to take cuttings in order to produce young plants for growing on
* PLANT CARE
* Assist with weeding, trimming, plant moving and watering
* GENERAL
* Always ensuring that the Nursery is kept tidy and areas are cleaned after work is finished
