Clinix Connect Healthcare are proud to be working with an award-winning, values-led GP partnership in North East London to recruit 2 salaried GPs for one of their main sites. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, training-focused practice offering excellent clinical support, strong leadership development pathways, and a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
Operating from modern, purpose-built premises and supported by centralised digital and admin infrastructure, this practice is ideal for a GP who thrives in a well-organised, collaborative and ambitious environment.
About the Practice
Based in a spacious, purpose-built health centre with on-site parking
Strong multi-disciplinary team including Clinical Pharmacists, Nurses, GP Assistants and Care Co-ordinators
Fully digital triage and access model via central Digital Hub
Training practice with GP trainers and history of hosting PA and Nurse Associate trainees
CQC Good rated, with strong QOF performance and a stable, growing patient list
Strong team culture with low turnover, regular social events and staff wellbeing programme
Emphasis on protected admin time and fair workload distribution
Role Overview
4 to 8 sessions per week (up to 10 sessions available shared between 2 GPs)
15-minute appointment slots and a structured daily rota with admin time built in
Digital-first model with triage handled via central systems
Very limited home visits, supported by paramedics and other clinicians
Mentorship available from experienced partners
Opportunities for clinical leadership, training, or PCN engagement
Support to develop areas of special interest and potential for portfolio careers
