Responsibilities:
As a Concession Associate, you will be responsible for covering work across the Cornwall area. You must have access to a vehicle and a full driver's license. Travel time and mileage will be paid to and from your home.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Travel to various stores within your assigned route.
2. Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
3. Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
4. Implement and execute the Planogram in line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
5. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
6. Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements.
7. Manage markdowns according to operational standards.
8. Organize extra stock in designated areas, including inside tower storage and stockroom.
9. Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
10. Verify style numbers in the concession system to ensure proper scanning.
11. Proactively seek and suggest improvements to sales performance.
12. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the concession area, ensuring products are not left on the floor.
13. Lead and train team members by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
14. Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, including feedback and recommendations for improvement.
