A highly regarded Thames Valley firm are seeking a Property Development Solicitor to join them.
Role
You will join the Development & House Building Team in Reading and will assist on development-related transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting fee-earners with drafting option agreements, deeds and contracts
* Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports
* Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning and construction matters
* Supporting secured acquisition and development finance transactions
* Participating in business development activities and building relationships with the development community.
Candidate
We are open to considering applications from candidates with a residential, plot sales or a commercial property background; however, experience in development would be preferred.
You will ideally have between 1-3 years PQE in property law from a well regarded firm.
