International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Shifts: 09:00–14:00, 09:00–12:00, 14:00–19:00 (Mon–Sun) About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Casual Domestic/Laundry Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role provides flexible cover for sickness, holidays, and additional service demands. Key Responsibilities Domestic duties: Clean communal areas, offices, bathrooms, corridors, and resident rooms. Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and polish. Clean bathrooms/toilets and replenish consumables. Empty bins and manage waste. Follow cleaning schedules and complete records. Use cleaning chemicals/equipment safely. Report maintenance issues. Work effectively as part of the team. Laundry duties: Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold items. Operate laundry equipment safely. Follow correct procedures for soiled laundry. Return items to the correct residents. Maintain laundry room cleanliness. Monitor and report low stock levels. General: Follow infection control, health & safety, and organisational policies. Provide excellent customer service. Person Specification Essential: Good attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
