We are looking for a Key Account Manager professional who wants to work with international clients and have a real impact on business growth.

You will be in charge of:

* Developing new business relationships in international markets – identifying opportunities, initiating contact, and converting them into deals.
* Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and cold calling to contract signing.
* Expanding and growing the new client portfolio, building long-term, value-generating relationships.
* You will maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
* Leading negotiations and contributing to the closing of strategically important deals.
* Preparing commercial proposals and ensuring their smooth submission through client systems.
* Representing the company internationally in meetings, negotiations, and relationship development.
* Achieving ambitious sales targets and directly contributing to business growth.
* Have solid sales experience in ship HVAC, piping, and/or interior outfitting projects.
* Be able to independently generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales process.
* Be a strong negotiator, capable of working with decision-makers at different levels.
* Be results-driven, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
* Be able to effectively plan your time, manage priorities, and work in a dynamic, international environment.
* Be proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of your results.
* Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
* Be available for business trips.
