We are recruiting Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team in one of our cottages in Quarrier Village, providing high‑quality support to adults with complex needs. Your new opportunity As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred care by providing support during gaps in the rota, including periods of annual leave, sickness, and increased service demand. You will be part of a supportive team helping adults with complex needs to live as independently and safely as possible, while encouraging inclusion, meaningful activity, and positive outcomes. If you excel in building supportive relationships and can adapt to different situations, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Working pattern This is a relief role, offering full flexibility with no guaranteed weekly hours. You will be asked to work shifts as needed, which may include: Early shifts Late shifts Evenings Weekends Sleepovers Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people living in the cottage.
