Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? At Butlin’s, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team! You’ll work closely with our talented Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver mouth-watering dishes that delight our guests.
About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
* Lead and mentor a small team of commis chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Uphold our food safety policies while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Complete daily food diaries and manage budget margins with the support of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

While a Level 3 Food Safety qualification is ideal, it’s not essential. You will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a guaranteed 35 hours per week across 5 days (including weekends and late finishes). We offer a variety of shifts, starting as early as 7 AM and running until midnight. Plus, if you’re looking to relocate, we can provide on-resort accommodation!
