Role Overview:
* Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
* Duration: 12-Month Maternity Cover
* Package: Up to £55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partner with business and IT teams to gather, analyse, and refine requirements
* Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation
* Act as a central point of contact across projects, providing clear updates and driving delivery
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Take ownership of product backlog and prioritisation as a Product Owner
* Produce detailed documentation including technical specifications, data models, and workflows
* Lead workshops and requirement sessions, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
* Support UAT processes, managing defects and ensuring smooth releases
* Help onboard users to new systems and provide ongoing post-launch support
* Champion Agile, Scrum, and DevOps ways of working across teams
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst
* Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
* Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
* Experience with data-focused environments or data engineering exposure
* Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple levels and locations
* Confident running workshops and facilitating Agile ceremonies
* Strong documentation skills (e.g. UML, ER diagrams, data models)
* Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
