Salary: Up to £30,641.52 per annum (dependent on qualification)
(Qualified Support Worker salary is based on the proven existing completion of a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent)
Specific Hours: 20:00pm - 8:00am (12-hour shifts)

Your Role
We are looking for a passionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive residential support to children and young people, focusing on their physical, social, and emotional development.
What You'll Do
* Stay awake during your shift to ensure the safety and welfare of each child.
* Provide empathy and compassion during challenging night times.
* Engage in activities with the children and support their bedtime routines.
* Maintain accurate records using a computer.
* Follow procedures for reporting a child as missing, if necessary.
* Communicate effectively with our out-of-hours services.
* Answer phone calls professionally and respond to inquiries.
* Uphold Area Camden's policies and procedures while being a positive role model.

* A commitment to working towards a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare if not already held.
