Part‑time Faculty Administrator – 0.6 FTE, 2 posts (21.6 hours per week)
Overview
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced administrative professionals to join our friendly and supportive academic administration team. These part‑time roles offer an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering a consistently high standard of administrative and operational support across our expanding portfolio of programmes within the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Education.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high‑quality administrative support to departmental stakeholders and external partners.
• Deliver a broad range of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, maintaining calm and professional under pressure.
• Resolve day‑to‑day administrative challenges independently, using initiative and sound judgment.
Required Qualifications
* Substantial experience in an office‑based administrative environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and confidence to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and work‑related databases.
* Adaptable, collaborative team player who contributes positively to a supportive working environment.
Preferred
* Proven ability to work independently.
