Administrator - Brighouse - Up to £26k + Bonus
Join my client's dynamic Sales and Customer Service team as an Administrator. Youll be the first point of contact for our customershandling enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Youll also take an active role in telesales, account management, and uncovering new business opportunities to help drive our success.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide information on product availability, pricing, and stock levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Promote and sell our full range of products via telephone and email
Make proactive outbound calls to generate new business and support sales growth
Research potential new customers for the external sales team using online tools
Support the wider Sales Team with administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional telephone manner with a natural sales ability
Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to different situations
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or account management (desirable)
Good numeracy and literacy skills
