Business Development Manager –D365 Business Applications - £80k - £160K OTE
Pearson Carter is currently working with a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK who are looking to bring in a Sales Specialist focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
This is a solution-led sales role where you will drive growth by understanding customer challenges, shaping Microsoft Business Application solutions, and working closely with presales and delivery teams to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:
* Lead consultative, discovery-led sales conversations with customers
* Design and position end-to-end D365 and Power Platform solutions
* Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
* Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients
* Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders
* Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams on complex deals
* Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Applications
* Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap, market trends, and competitors

Experience
* Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365, Power Platform, Business Central, CE/CRM)
* Strong background in consultative / solution-led sales
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
* Track record of managing pipeline and closing deals
* Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
