About the Role We are looking for a super‐talented Marketing Executive to join our UK Marketing Team. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role ideal for an ambitious marketing professional seeking broad experience in a B2B environment. You will be instrumental in executing campaigns and driving brand presence by supporting our Demand Generation and Sales teams in the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Work directly with the Demand Generation Manager to bring campaigns to life, creating supporting content, setting up landing pages, email sends, social posts, and ensuring seamless delivery to drive engagement.
* Social Media Management: Own the day‑to‑day management, scheduling, and posting across our social media channels.
* Events: Take ownership of the logistical coordination for all virtual and physical events in the UK & Ireland (e.g., webinars, roundtables, trade shows, podcasts).
* Email Marketing & Nurturing: Support the execution of key email programs, including coordinating monthly newsletters and managing upsell and cross‑sell campaigns targeting the existing customer base.
* Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with wider Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver high‑quality sales enablement content and support successful rollout of product launches into the market.
What You’ll Bring
* Creative Flair & Execution Focus: Passion for bringing ideas to life through engaging copy, basic video editing, or compelling social media campaigns.
* Exceptional Written Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, professional copy tailored for digital channels.
* Proactive & Driven Attitude: Can‑do mindset, hunger to take ownership, seek solutions, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
* 1‑2 Years Experience: Ideally experience in a fast‑paced marketing, communications, or support role (graduates or equivalent professional experience welcome).
* Organisational & Project Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple deadlines and coordinating logistics seamlessly (especially for events and content publishing).
