In this role, you will:
* Work closely with pupils who have a variety of special educational needs.
* Support learning through tailored interventions and classroom assistance.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
* Receive ongoing training and mentoring to help you grow in your role.

* Has a keen interest in SEN and inclusive education.
* Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working within SEN in or out of an educational setting
