Morgan McKinley is looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator with previous experience in a similar role to work for an exciting fast paced growing business in London.\n\nIf you are Permanent Office & Operations Coordinator with Experience of working in a growing exciting office environment are a team player, collaborative, Professional and approachable, with a flexible 'can always do' attitude then we want to hear from you.\n\nJob Title - Office & Operations Coordinator\n\nLength - Permanent Full Time.\n\nSalary - £35,000K - £40,000K\n\nOffice Based \n\nLocation - City of London - Central \n\nDESCRIPTION.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to gain high visibility across the entire business from day-to-day office management to supporting finance, operations, investor relations, and marketing initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage day-to-day office operations, including reception, visitor welcome, deliveries, and general upkeep.\nEnsure the office is well-stocked, organised, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.\nCoordinate office improvements and space planning with vendors and building management.\nSupport IT setup and troubleshooting in collaboration with on-site technicians.\nAssist finance and operations teams with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.\nProvide admin support across teams\nReview and prepare investor documents for distribution.\nAssist with planning and executing events and networking lunches.\nManage event logistics including guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.\nPrepare and format presentations and marketing materials.\nContribute to website and LinkedIn updates.\nSupport the creation and coordination of content and materials for events and communications.PROFILE\n\nTo be considered for this role, you must:\n\nProven experience in office coordination/ management\nHighly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nConfident using business tools and platforms such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DocuSign, and general IT systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDiscreet and trustworthy, with the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information.\nA proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed
