Are you an experienced pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 8 Pharmacist to join a dedicated team in Guildford, Surrey, delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and contributing to the ongoing development of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical pharmacy input across designated areas
Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services in line with national guidelines and Trust objectives
Supervise, mentor, and support junior pharmacy staff
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
Contribute to clinical audits, service development, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
Completion (or near completion) of a Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or equivalent
