* Meet and exceed individual and group revenue targets and KPIs
* Coordinate all event logistics, acting as the main point of contact from enquiry through to delivery
* Work closely with venue managers and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth execution
* Create and update wedding and event packages and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team
* Manage database, follow-up processes, and booking systems
* Produce accurate forecasting and weekly reports for senior management
* Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales and event coordination, within hospitality
* Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to varying venue styles and client needs
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
* Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office
* Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required
What We Offer:
* Free on-site parking at all venues
* Staff discount on food and drink across all sites
* Opportunity to earn tips
* Autonomy and support to grow your own sales pipeline
* A collaborative, people-first company culture
