We are currently looking for a full time and permanent Maintenance Operator based in a newly refurbished modern 2 storey office in Warwick.
You will be required to work across 5 different sites based in the West Midlands. Love of travel is a must! You will be provided with a company van, fuel card and tools.
Salary: £35,000 - £42,0000 based on experience.
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Planned periodic testing of fire alarm systems and emergency lights according to legislation
* Planned recorded testing of water outlet temperatures and flushing of water outlets in accordance with L8
* To carry out cleaning/maintenance of fans, filters and ventilation grilles as applicable
* To carry out planned periodic inspections of windows to check their safe operation and regular inspection of plant rooms for cleanliness and general good operation
* Repair of minor items as applicable and minor painting works as required
* Carry out perimeter walks to ensure the integrity of fencing and operation of external lighting, litter pick and removal of fallen leaves as required
* Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
* Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
* Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
* Install appliances and equipment
* Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
* Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
* Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
* Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
* Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
* Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Requirements:
* A Full UK driving License
* Experience within this role or a similar role
* Be up to date with the regulations and legislations related to this role
* A strong attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
* Experience using hand and electrical tools
* Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical stamina and dexterity
* Being reliable with a keen eye for detail
