Location: London / Knutsford / Glasgow (you can work from any of these)
Hybrid: 2 days a week in office
Contract length: 6 months

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for Workforce Change and Restructuring Change Managers, at both VP and AVP levels, to work for our client in the Financial Services sector.
The Roles:
* Support the Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model and will be allocated projects across the entities.
* You will be required to drive and support allocated change programmes.
* Support and drive the HR workstream for change programmes such as restructuring (redundancies and re-organisations), LEE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing, site closures, new legal entity set up, acquisitions and contract changes, pan entity and across our global locations leveraging in country HRBP, ER and other specialist HR functions as required.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following key deliverables in Employee Relations:
* Project Initiation
* Due Diligence
* Consultation
* Implementation
* Communication Plan
* Governance and Risk
* COE
Key Skills and experience required:
* Strong/numerous examples of Workforce Change / Restructuring (must be shown throughout your CV)
* Experience in handling/liaising with/managing Unions & Union representatives or conducting WFC in a heavily unionised environments
* Experience of leading Union/works council consultations
* Employee/Workforce Consultations and/or Redundancies experience
* Experience working on Tupe projects/programmes
* Experience of leading large scale/multiple change programmes
* Experience of delivering change programmes outside the UK
* A good understanding of current employment legislation
* Project management, change management and stakeholder management skills
* Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation
* Solid appreciation of the importance of recognising cultural and geographic sensitivities
* Excellent analytical and data skills; be confident around data
* Excel to an intermediate level, and so experienced in merging sheets, data management, pivot tables, vlookups, and handling large amounts of data in Excel, and preferably able to use formulas to do quality checking of data
MUST have experience of:
* Technical skills; consultations, unions, redundancies - knowledge of the legal requirements
* Resilience
* Used to working at pace to be able to cope with and manage the role
* Experienced in very large scale projects
* Used to vast amounts of data, and able to manipulate data
* Technical and Legal knowledge around Tupe
* You need to have been hands-on in the HR workstream - these are very hands-on roles where you will need to roll your sleeves up every step of the way
* Experienced in preparing communications
* Be able to work in a very dynamic and changing environment
Your CV Must show:
* Technical - consultancy, unions, redundancy and relevant legal requirements
* Project Management skills
* Show in your CV how you structure and run a program, and track everything.
