Are you a Psychology graduate with a genuine interest in supporting young people? We’re looking for graduates who are patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or social, emotional and mental health challenges. It’s a hands‑on role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping teachers create calm, inclusive learning environments
* Encouraging confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing
* Assisting with behaviour and learning support strategies
What we’re looking for:
* A degree in Psychology or a related subject
* An interest in child development or special educational needs
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
