Their focus is on helping local businesses trade smarter with innovative payment technologies, from eCommerce platforms to QR code solutions. As the company continues to grow, they are now seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join their HQ team and play a vital role in their expansion journey.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic, full-time role where you’ll focus on generating quality appointments for the sales team. Your conversations will open the door for local businesses to explore smarter, more efficient ways of handling payments, while directly supporting the company’s field and in-house sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across Northern Ireland
* Introduce services and secure qualified appointments for sales representatives
* Promote key benefits such as dedicated customer support, competitive merchant rates, and advanced payment technologies (eCommerce, QR code, cash advance solutions)
* Work to and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for appointment volume and quality
* Accurately record activity and maintain lead details in the CRM system
* Represent the brand professionally in all communications
* Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and listening skills

* Resilient, professional, and self-motivated
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
