Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Aylesford, is now seeking a motivated Production Facilitator to join their dedicated night shift team. This role has arisen due to an internal change, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience and a proactive mindset.

* The role:
* As a Production Facilitator, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth production across moulding, powder coating, assembling, and packaging.
* Working alongside five other team members, including the Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining quality standards, minimising downtime, and achieving production targets.
Key responsibilities:
* Carry out production duties to a high standard across multiple processes
* Operate and maintain equipment to reduce downtime and maximise efficiency
* Promote a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
* Uphold LEAN manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement
* Support the delivery of key projects and contribute to team meetings (SQDIP)
* Ensure all output meets stringent quality standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient production space
* Support logistics and other production areas when required
About you:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
* Familiarity with LEAN practices and continuous improvement
* Forklift and machinery licences (desirable)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Physically fit and motivated – this is a demanding, hands-on role
* Proficient in IT skills and confident with reporting tools
